CORRECTIVE CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS

We utilize many different forms of chiropractic adjustments, ranging from a very gentle non-forceful technique
(no-audible "cracking") to a more tradition form of chiropractic adjustments. Not all techniques are appropriate
for all patients. Following a thorough examination we will determine which technique is best suited for you and
your recovery.

Our adjusting technique also focuses on the correction of spinal problems through restoration of spinal curvatures
and posture correction as well as pain relief.

Most spinal and joint pain have a muscle component in the form of trigger points, muscle spasm, tightness, and
myofascial restrictions. We utilize many forms of muscular techniques ranging from regional massage, deep
tissue therapy, myofascial release to compliment the rest of your treatment.

THERAPEUTIC MODALITIES

We use all the usual and customary modalities to compliment your care. They consist of electric muscle
stimulation, ultrasound, ice/moist heat treatment Our machines are brand new and the latest models from the

EXERCISE THERAPY

Exercise therapy combined with Chiropractic been has shown to allow pain relief and restoration of function much
better than Chiropractic care or Physical Therapy alone. This shortens your treatment time dramatically and
allows your results to be more permanent. Our goal is not only to get rid of your pain, but also to make you
stronger and more flexible so the likelihood of a re-occurrence is significantly reduced.

Most of our patients will be given a customized exercise prescription to address flexibility and strength deficits,
so they may obtain the best results. You will be able to perform some of the program in the office, as well as a
detailed prescription with easy to understand pictures and instructions will be given to you for your home exercise
program
